Pre-recorded videos of Pilates mat workouts and barre workouts are available for purchase for $25. If you would like a custom workout, please let me know! Custom recorded workouts are $50.

pop-up online classes

Online classes via Zoom are available on a 'pop-up' basis. Sometimes it will be a barre class or a forty-five minute stretch class or a mat workout with a focus on abdominals... Anything goes! There is not a schedule, you'll simply receive an email with a Zoom link several hours before a class.

group mat classes

$15 per class

Group mat classes teach a full body workout with a focus on core strength and functional alignment!  Our in-person group mat classes use flexbands, magic circles, weights, exercise balls, Wunda chairs, and other equipment to vary the exercise routine and to make the best use of your hour. Our online mat classes do not require equipment.

barre classes

$15 per class

Barre classes combine Pilates, yoga, dance, and functional training to sculpt, slim, and stretch your body.  High energy and dynamic, the moves challenge your core stability and balance. Expect a full body workout in every one-hour class!  

semi-private sessions

$25 per person

Semi-privates consist of an instructor and two students.  You will be guided through a one-hour workout with you and your partner, and you will have full access to all Pilates Apparatus (reformer, tower, mat, chair, jumpboard, etc.) to acheive your goals and suit your needs. Less cost than a private, semi-private sessions are an excellent way to have a personalized experience while training with a friend or spouse. It is best for both partners to be at similar levels.

private sessions

$50 per session

Private sessions are offered for those students who are interested in a workout specifically tailored for them. Through use of the Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Reformer, and other equipment, an exercise routine will be taught that focuses on the student's specific needs and goals. Private sessions can be done once a week, twice a week, bi-weekly, etc. The option is yours! We encourage everyone new to Pilates to take at least one private in order to try out all the equipment.
